Century Entertainment reports $5.7M in unaudited winnings from Philippines rollout

Century Entertainment International Holdings said its Phase IV gaming deployment in the Philippines generated unaudited pre-tax net winnings of at least HK$45 million ($5.7 million) between April and June 2026, after rolling out 27 games across seven gaming venue operators through World Platinum Technologies Inc.’s (WPT) platform.

The Hong Kong-listed company disclosed the figures in a June 25th supplemental update on its resumption progress, saying the result reflected the ramp-up of operations through WPT’s gaming venue operator network and online platform.

Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since June 26th, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice.

Phase IV operations began in April 2026 after Century Entertainment’s joint venture company, Konphil Technology Company Limited, entered into a game deployment agreement with WPT on April 2nd. WPT is described in the filing as a PAGCOR-accredited service provider licensed to provide electronic gaming machines, gaming content and related services to licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

The seven gaming venue operators are located across Parañaque, Calamba, Laguna, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija. Century Entertainment said all seven venues were in operation as of June 30th and were contributing revenue to the joint venture company.

Under the deployment model, the joint venture company’s self-developed gaming applications are provided through WPT’s licensed and GLI-certified platform, and made available via electronic gaming machines and digital terminals at the Philippine venues. WPT maintains the contractual relationships with the gaming venue operators, while the joint venture company supplies the technology, game logic and Return To Player Ratio algorithms behind the applications.

The agreement gives the joint venture company 85 percent of net winning income after tax, while WPT receives 15 percent as a deployment and collection fee. WPT is also the exclusive deployer of the joint venture company’s applications to gaming venue operators through its platform.

Century Entertainment’s board said the agreement ‘enables the effective and rapid execution of Phase IV’ by giving the joint venture company access to WPT’s licensed and GLI-certified gaming platform and established venue network.

The company said it intends to double the number of deployed applications by December 2026.

WPT and the joint venture company also entered into a revenue guarantee agreement on May 30th, with a guarantee amount of HK$100 million ($12.8 million). The guarantee period runs for 15 months from July 9th, 2025, and may be extended by up to six months by mutual agreement.

Century Entertainment said it does not currently hold a direct PAGCOR license. Through its wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary NobleMind Technology Limited, the company has been invited by a Philippine counterparty to hold a 5 percent to 10 percent interest in a new PAGCOR-licensed entity. Due diligence is ongoing, with completion expected in July 2026.
