Gaming investor Century Entertainment International has sold HK$32 million ($4.1 million) worth of a convertible bond to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ng Man Sun.

According to the filing, the bond is set to mature in 36 months, is interest-free, and is convertible to a maximum of 125 million shares at HK$0.256 apiece.

As of October 16th, Ng Man Sun and his close associates, in aggregate, held 35,872,196 shares, representing approximately 27.97% of the existing number of issued shares.

The company, a Cambodian table games operator, is leasing the casino and gaming license until April 2036.
