Aristocrat gets approvals for company secretary appointee

Aristocrat Leisure said it has received all necessary regulatory pre-approvals for the appointment of Kristy Jo as company secretary and confirmation by the board of her role.

With receipt of these regulatory pre-approvals, Tracey Elkerton will resign as company Secretary. Jo’s appointment was announced on 10 June 2021.
