The deadline for the completion of Macau Legend's sale of its Savan Legend hotel and casino property has been extended until April 15.

Macau Legend said it has appointed Melinda Chan as CEO to take over from Levo Chan who was detained on allegations of running an illegal gambling operation and triad connections earlier this year. 

Macau Legend has completed the sale of its Savan Legend Resorts in Savannakhet, Laos, to Japanese buyer Shundo Yoshinari.

The Government of Cape Verde will revoke the concession for the hotel-casino project in the city of Praia, following the abandonment of the Macau Legend Development group, the country's Prime Minister announced.
