The Second National Human Resource Innovation Competition recently held its cloud award ceremony in Guangzhou.
The awards are jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Commercial Sub-Council, the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Commercial Chamber of Commerce and HRLead, as well as being co-hosted by CCOIC Human Resource Management Commission, the Guangdong Human Resources Management Association, the Greater Bay Area Human Resources and Management Executive Association (Hong Kong), and the Macau Greater Bay Area Human Resources Association (Macau). Wynn is proud to have won “2021 Integrated Resort Service Culture Best Standard Award”, a recognition of Wynn’s outstanding achievements in human resources management and innovation.
The National Human Resource Innovation Competition is a prestigious and well-known human resources competition. The theme for this year is “Advancing towards the future. Growing together hand in hand” which aims to promote business management innovation from a human resources perspective as well as the development of commercial services in the field of human resources management. Since the competition kicked off in May, it has attracted entrants from some 417 enterprises, 131 individuals and 30 industrial parks which have provided valuable experience and an impetus for the human resources development of the Greater Bay Area and across the nation. The judging panel appraised Wynn on a range of criteria from leadership, quality of operation, innovative development, brand building to management performance. Finally, Wynn was awarded “2021 Integrated Resort Service Culture Best Standard Award” as the panel unanimously concluded that Wynn’s human resources strategy had a higher innovation and promotional value. The award has been specially created to recognize the most impactful human resources management team amongst enterprises across the country that has enhanced the image of the field of human resources.
