Charges of two Counts of Qualified Theft have been filed by lawyers of Kazuo Okada led TRLEI management against ousted TRLEI executives, the company said in a release.

Kazuo Okada’s team has again denied using violence in its takeover of Okada Manila, saying the transition was going smoothly until lawyers for the opposing side started “making a scene.”

The Philippines Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) has said it will investigate Tuesday’s forcible takeover of Okada Manila by a group linked to its former chairman, Kazuo Okada.
