The Saipan Commonwealth Casino Commission (CCC) board has deferred its decision on whether to revoke Imperial Pacific International's exclusive gaming license in light of the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.

The director and manager of Imperial Pacific International LLC, Howyo Chi, did not provide any updates on the expected payments of due gaming license fees, as the final deadline for payment approaches.

Imperial Pacific International’s parent company could face a possible delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as the Saipan operator continues to face challenges on multiple fronts.
