BC.Game, a prominent online gaming operator and Leicester City Football Club’s 2024/25 shirt sponsor, has issued a statement addressing recent allegations of financial misconduct and regulatory non-compliance.

These claims, which have been widely circulated in media reports, include the Court of Curaçao’s declaration of bankruptcy for Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V., two entities operating under the BC.Game brand. Allegations also include unpaid obligations, licensing violations, and player fund losses totaling over $2 million.

In its statement, BC.Game firmly denied these accusations, stating that they lack substantive evidence. The company asserted that its internal investigations revealed inconsistencies in the claims, many of which it argues are based on unverified or misleading information. BC.Game emphasized that the operational and financial stability of its platform remains intact and that the legal proceedings pertain only to specific entities involved in administrative processes in Curaçao.

The company also addressed reports of player fund losses during a transition of operational control between Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V., stating that these claims are under active legal scrutiny. BC.Game maintained that it has consistently adhered to industry standards and regulatory requirements, reiterating its commitment to transparency and fairness.

The operator expressed particular concern over the conduct of the claimants’ legal representative, accusing them of employing coercive tactics aimed at securing an unfair settlement. BC.Game indicated that it is pursuing all available legal avenues to appeal the court’s rulings and demonstrate compliance.

In the wake of the controversy, BC.Game reassured its users and stakeholders that its global operations are unaffected. The company underscored its dedication to delivering a secure and enjoyable gaming experience while continuing to process valid compensation claims. BC.Game also highlighted its plans to provide updates on the legal proceedings and its efforts to enhance platform trust and reliability.

While the allegations have garnered significant attention, BC.Game remains confident in its ability to resolve disputes and defend its reputation. The operator expressed gratitude for the continued support of its community and reiterated its focus on maintaining the integrity of its operations as it navigates this challenging period.

Since the story broke, AGBrief has also learned that the operator is obtaining an interactive gaming license from the island nation of Vanuatu, a move that will likely signal its departure from Curaçao for good.
