Resorts World Las Vegas has become the latest property in Las Vegas to introduce a mandatory vaccine policy.
According to local media, the mandate applies to all new hires as a condition of employment, whether hourly or salary.
Westgate Vegas Resort and Casino also made a similar announcement but goes one step further as it requires all employees to show proof of vaccination starting October 15, 2021.
Westgate CEO David Seigel told staff in a memo that he survived a difficult battle against Covid-19 in July and he believes he would not be alive today if he hadn’t been vaccinated.
