INSPIRE brings Autumn and Chuseok to life with Moonlit experiences and Hanbok events

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort will celebrate the autumn season and Chuseok with a programme of interactive events themed around the Full Moon and Hanbok.

Taking place across the resort from September 23 to October 11, the programme will include the Moonlit Trail photo zone, the Moonlit Wish Draw, the Aurora Hanbok Parade, the Hanbok Atelier, Moon Rabbit-themed interactive videos and a Lucky Fortune Cookie promotion at Hong Pan.

The celebrations will begin on September 23 with “Twilight to Moonlight” at the outdoor event zone in front of Oasis Gourmet Village. Guests can take photos at “Moonlit Trail,” a photo zone featuring a full moon and galaxy-inspired lighting. The installation will be illuminated from 7 p.m., creating an atmospheric setting for autumn evening visits.

Guests can also participate in the “Moonlit Wish Draw” by taking a photo while making a wish at the photo zone, uploading it to their own social-media account with the designated hashtag and verifying their post at the event area. The lucky draw will run from September 24 to 27 and October 3 to 5, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Prizes will include INSPIRE Entertainment Resort accommodation vouchers.

Hanbok experiences across Aurora

The “Aurora Hanbok Parade” will bring traditional Korean attire and festive energy to Aurora, INSPIRE’s digital entertainment street. The 20-minute parade will take place daily at 2:10 p.m. from September 25 to 27 and October 2 to 4.

During the parade, Aurora will feature media content inspired by “The Garden of Abundance,” creating an immersive visual backdrop for the Chuseok celebrations.

Visitors will also be able to try traditional Korean clothing at the “Hanbok Atelier.” The paid experience will operate from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the space opposite Michael Jordan’s Steak House. It is open to international guests, families and anyone looking to enjoy the holiday atmosphere in Hanbok.

Guests who take part in the Hanbok experience, or spend KRW 50,000 or more at participating INSPIRE retail stores, can continue the experience at the “Hanbok Holographic Studio.” After receiving a coupon from a participating venue and entering the participation code at the kiosk, guests can record and download an interactive video featuring a Moon Rabbit.

The studio will operate from September 23 to October 11, between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., in the pop-up zone in front of Splash Bay.

Fortune cookies at Hong Pan

Hong Pan, INSPIRE’s Chinese restaurant, will host a “Lucky Fortune Cookie” promotion from September 24 to 27. Each table will receive one fortune cookie, with messages inside determining prizes that may include food and beverage vouchers.

An INSPIRE representative said, “This autumn, we wanted to create experiences that bring together the beauty of the Full Moon, the elegance of Hanbok, and the festive spirit of Chuseok. Through these interactive programmes, families, friends, couples and international visitors can discover new ways to enjoy the season and create lasting memories at INSPIRE.”

Further information about INSPIRE’s autumn and Chuseok events is available on the official INSPIRE website. The official event listing confirms the published operating dates for the Hanbok Parade, Hanbok Atelier and Hanbok Holographic Studio.
