INSPIRE Entertainment Resort (INSPIRE) will host its first “Sunset Wine & Beer Festival 2026” on October 9 and 10, marking the start of its autumn gourmet season with an outdoor festival that brings together world wines, premium beers and signature dining in one venue.
Running from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the outdoor space of Brasserie 1783, the festival is designed to showcase INSPIRE’s F&B competitiveness while offering guests a richer “Playcation” resort experience through tastings, live cooking, a night market and family‑friendly programming.

The event is organized into three dedicated zones:
- Wine Zone: Around 10 wine importers will present approximately 260 wines from 11 countries, with each booth offering tastings of 6–10 labels. The selection ranges from award‑winning and premium wines to champagne, sparkling, white and red. Guests can purchase bottles on site after tasting, with no‑alcohol and low‑alcohol options also available.
- Beer Zone: Roughly 20 beers will be served across Classic, International and Craft categories, including Cass, Hanmac, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden and craft brands such as Goose Island and Artmonster. Non‑alcoholic and alcohol‑free beers will be offered to accommodate all guests.
- Food Zone: Live cooking stations from INSPIRE’s signature restaurants will serve highlights such as grilled octopus & cuttlefish salad (Garden Farm Café), pizza, charcuterie and clam chowder (Brasserie 1783), and BBQ platters from Michael Jordan’s Steak House. The weekend “Aurora Night Market” will also be brought to the festival site with five food booths and a self‑service noodle bar, featuring Korean street food and international casual eats.
A key highlight is the BBQ platter from Michael Jordan’s Steak House, which recently earned Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” in the Restaurant Awards. Guests can pair these signature dishes with fine wines from the festival’s selection for a premium gourmet experience.
Beyond food and drink, the festival will feature live musical performances, interactive games and lucky draw events. A dedicated kids’ zone with air bouncers and slides will cater to families, while reservable picnic mat areas and parasol tables will allow guests to relax and enjoy the autumn outdoor atmosphere with family, friends and loved ones.
INSPIRE is offering early‑bird admission tickets at around a 30% discount ahead of the event. Tickets can be purchased via the Brasserie 1783 page on Catch Table and NAVER; all ticket holders are guaranteed entry and access to entertainment programs. Food and beverages inside the venue will be sold separately. Further details are available on INSPIRE’s official website.
