Jeju Dream Tower posted casino net revenue of KRW62.5 billion in October, the highest monthly total in the property’s history and more than double what the South Korean resort’s casino took in September.

Operator Lotte Tour Development disclosed the October operating data on Monday. According to Korean daily Aju Business Daily, casino revenue rose 115.4 percent from September’s KRW29.0 billion. AsGam put the October total at US$46.5 million and the annual increase at 24.1 percent.

The result clears the casino’s earlier monthly best of KRW52.9 billion, which was set in September 2025. Lotte Tour Development said it is also the first time any single casino in South Korea has generated more than KRW60 billion in a month. Aju listed the previous benchmarks as Paradise Walkerhill’s KRW59.8 billion in June 2023 and Paradise City’s KRW58.7 billion in June 2025.

Hold recovers as drop passes KRW300 billion

The swing came almost entirely from the tables. Table games produced KRW60.4 billion of the October total, with machines adding KRW2.18 billion, AsGam reported.

Table drop climbed to KRW327.4 billion, up 37.7 percent on September and 27.5 percent on October last year. Aju noted that it is the first month in which drop at the property has topped KRW300 billion.

Visitation, by contrast, was flat. The casino counted 66,254 visitors in October, almost exactly in line with the 66,393 recorded a month earlier. The main difference was hold. Table hold improved to 18.4 percent from 10.8 percent in September, when agbrief reported that a weak hold pushed casino revenue down 45 percent year-on-year despite record visits. That September rate was the lowest since December 2023.

Ten-month casino revenue up 18.5 percent

For January to October, casino revenue at the Jeju resort reached KRW455.6 billion, an increase of 18.5 percent on the same period of 2025. Cumulative drop over the ten months rose 12.3 percent to KRW2.29 trillion.

October’s figures also put the fourth quarter on a far firmer footing than the third, which ended with the September slump. Earlier in the year, the property had set a table drop record in August while casino sales eased, a pattern that showed how sensitive monthly revenue at the casino is to swings in hold.

Lotte Tour Development is counting on extra air capacity to support visitation through the winter. Citing Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport data, Aju reported that international flights at Jeju International Airport will increase 39.3 percent to 486 a week in the 2026 winter schedule, compared with 349 a year earlier, while the number of international routes will grow from 17 to 25. The company expects the additional services to bring more foreign visitors to its casino and hotel.
