Gamanza Engage taps QTech Games to bring CRM & gamification tools to new markets

Gamanza Engage has partnered with QTech Games, the leading game aggregator for emerging markets, giving operators access to Gamanza’s CRM, gamification and engagement tools through a referral agreement.

As part of QTech Games’ Value Added Services, QTech’s operator partners can now deploy Gamanza Engage’s real‑time CRM, loyalty and gamification toolkit, alongside free‑to‑play mini‑games designed to increase player interaction and retention.

Gamanza Engage’s gamification stack will work alongside QTech Games’ analytics and AI‑driven capabilities, including its machine‑learning game lobby, QTech Play. Operators will have access to real‑time dashboards and data‑driven tools to better understand player behaviour and optimise engagement strategies.

The combined goal is to transform the customer experience into a hyper-personalized journey that redefines loyalty in the player experience, supported by modern data science techniques that guide player protection, product strategy and promotion management, including lifetime value and VIP prediction.

Andrés Blanco, Managing Director at Gamanza Engage, mentioned that QTech Games has built one of the strongest distribution platforms across emerging markets, so this partnership creates a natural path for operators to introduce more sophisticated engagement strategies. Using QTech’s network, operators can deploy Gamanza Engage’s gamification and CRM tools to create player journeys that are more interactive, more personalised and ultimately more effective at building long-term loyalty.

The CEO of QTech Games, Philip Doftvik, added: “Gamanza Engage brings QTech Games a powerful, fully customizable loyalty and gamification engine that elevates our platform with deep segmentation, automated campaigns, and personalised player journeys—unlocking standalone or all‑in‑one CRM and gamification capabilities that turn engagement into intelligence and give our partners a decisive competitive edge across emerging markets.”

Macau March GGR beats forecasts on higher win rate, resilient demand: CLSA

0

Macau’s gross gaming revenue (GGR) in March 2026 exceeded market expectations, supported by a higher-than-usual win rate and continued solid demand despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties, according to analysts.

Data showed March GGR rose 15 percent year-on-year to MOP22.6 billion ($2.8 billion), coming in around 4 to 5 percent above both consensus estimates and analyst forecasts. CLSA analyst Jeffrey Kiang attributed the outperformance partly to gaming luck, while noting that underlying demand remained firm.

Macau-GGR-March-2026

‘While this may be attributable to above-usual win rate, we still see solid demand for gaming regardless of recent geopolitical tensions,’ Kiang said.

The strong result was also reflected in daily performance trends. Average daily GGR rose to MOP778 million ($96.7 million) between March 23rd and 31st, up from MOP709 million ($88.2 million) earlier in the month, suggesting a stronger finish. However, analysts noted it remains unclear whether the uplift was driven primarily by higher volumes or elevated win rates.

On a normalized basis, average daily GGR for the full month stood at MOP729 million ($90.6 million), broadly stable compared with February levels, indicating steady demand following the Chinese New Year period.

For the first quarter, Macau’s GGR reached MOP65.9 billion ($8.2 billion), up 14 percent year-on-year, pointing to a continued recovery trajectory and potential upside to full-year earnings expectations.

For April, CLSA forecasts GGR to grow 11 percent year-on-year to MOP20.9 billion ($2.6 billion), broadly in line with market consensus, suggesting a more normalized pace of growth.

SOFTSWISS releases second Barrichello & Sparco capsule ahead of BiS SiGMA South America 2026

SOFTSWISS has launched a new limited capsule collection created in collaboration with motorsport legend Rubens Barrichello and iconic racing brand Sparco. Following the success of their first capsule released last year, the partners return with the second edition, inspired by the Driven by Ambition concept.

The exclusive presentation of the collection will take place at BiS SiGMA South America 2026, marking a significant milestone for the partnership in the heart of the Latin American market.

Barrichello’s racing career, Sparco’s motorsport heritage, and SOFTSWISS’ technology have each been shaped by environments where reliability is critical, and performance is proven under pressure. The second capsule edition carries that into form.

Rubens Barrichello, Non-Executive Director in Latin America at SOFTSWISS,   commented: “When I was racing on the world’s greatest tracks wearing Sparco, I never imagined that one day I would create my own collection with them. Back then, I was focused only on victory, on moving forward, one step at a time. Today, this capsule collection with SOFTSWISS and Sparco is especially meaningful, as it symbolises our common journey. It feels symbolic of the journey we share, a commitment to staying true to your path, respecting hard work, and building something consistent, reliable, and worthy of trust. Just like in motorsport, success comes from dedication, precision, and partners who believe in the same values.”

Designed by Brazilian Sportswear Designer, Denis Romanell, and produced by Sparco Brazil, the collection employs technical fabrics and sharp geometries to evoke the visual trace of a car in motion, balancing tactile comfort with the resilience required on the track. At the core of the visual language is the Velocity Bar, a signature graphic element developed specifically for this collaboration.

Diego Lamura, Corporate Marketing and Communication, Motorsport and Partnerships at Sparco: “At Sparco, performance has always been about more than speed – it is about engineering, trust, and long-term partnerships. Working with Rubens is part of our history on the track, and evolving that relationship into a second capsule collection together with SOFTSWISS reflects the natural progression of that legacy. This project brings together motorsport heritage, contemporary design, and the precision mindset that defines both racing and technology. It is not simply a lifestyle collection; it is a collaboration rooted in authenticity, shared standards, and the drive to keep pushing forward.”

Delegates and partners are invited to explore the latest collection at Booths M80 & M85 during BiS SiGMA South America 2026.

Greentube is firing up the engine with Rumble Riches Haulin’ Gold

Greentube is shifting into high gear with Rumble Riches Haulin’ Gold, its newest slot adventure, inviting players to ride shotgun with a veteran trucker and his loyal co‑driver on a feature-loaded cross‑country haul.

Set along the open road, the game features five independent reels in a classic 5×3 layout with 50 fixed paylines. Coins play a central role, with players needing to land at least six to collect their accumulated value, all while building up the coin stack on the truck for bigger payouts.

At the heart of the action is the Rumble Riches feature, which can trigger at any time during base or bonus play. Players may be awarded the Add Coin feature, boosting the reels with additional coin symbols, or Add Wild, injecting extra wilds across reels to enhance win potential and create powerful combinations.

Landing three Bonus scatter symbols across the middle reels unlocks eight Free Games, giving players more chances to keep the wheels turning. During both the base game and free spins, landing six or more coins activates the Lock & Spin feature, where the road to riches opens up.

Lock & Spin introduces up to 30 reels, with spins resetting whenever new symbols land. Each newly landed coin resets the spins counter back to three, extending gameplay and increasing the chance to build bigger wins. Coin symbols can lock in place, while special modifiers keep the gameplay unpredictable.

Truck symbols bring added excitement, with the Red Truck collecting all visible coin values, the Purple Truck boosting coin values throughout the feature, and the Blue Truck enhancing all coin values in one go.

The convoy-style feature elevates the experience to new heights, with the Green Truck triggering a passing convoy that adds together a range of cash values and jackpots, while unlocking all rows opens the Golden Garage, launching the Gold Convoy bonus for even greater rewards.

Richard Ganster, Director of Games Strategy and Games Portfolio Management at Greentube, said: “Rumble Riches Haulin’ Gold delivers a thrilling ride from start to finish, combining a unique, character-driven theme with a powerful mix of features and modifiers. This title builds on the classic Hold & Spin mechanic, evolving it with added depth through features such as the convoy bonuses, creating a more dynamic and engaging player experience. The trucking setting allows us to introduce mechanics that ensure players feel like they’re constantly moving forward on a rewarding journey. It’s a game built for momentum and big win potential.”

Macau March GGR totals $2.8B, up 15% year-on-year

0

Macau’s gross gaming revenue (GGR) in March totaled MOP22.61 billion ($2.8 billion), representing an increase of 15 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ).

March was widely expected to show some seasonal softness, as the month fell in the post-Chinese New Year period and ahead of the Easter holiday.

Macau-GGR-March-2026

Despite this softness, the March figure still represents a 9.6 percent increase from February’s GGR, which stood at MOP20.63 billion ($2.57 billion). March also has more days than February, which naturally contributed to the higher GGR tally.

Best March GGR since pandemic

Analysts at Citigroup had previously noted that, following the post-holiday slowdown, entertainment events could help sustain momentum. They specifically pointed to concerts by ATEEZ at the Venetian Arena and Mark Tuan of GOT7 at Studio City Event Center.

For the first quarter of 2026, Macau’s casino GGR reached MOP65.87 billion ($8.17 billion), up 14.3 percent year-on-year. However, the figure remains 13.5 percent below the same period in 2019, when GGR totaled MOP76.15 billion ($9.44 billion).

Citigroup analysts had earlier forecast March GGR at approximately MOP22 billion ($2.74 billion), implying a year-on-year increase of around 12 percent.

Daily Asia Gaming eBrief: Vietnam’s domestic demand not yet gaining traction

0
Good morning. Liberalize it, and they will come. Eventually. That appears to be the situation for Vietnam’s domestic market, after the government expanded its pilot program allowing locals to gamble at two open venues. Industry insiders say the shift is positive, in showing that Vietnam supports regulated local gambling, but demand has yet to take off. Looking to Australia, The Star has shifted a massive weight off its back, disposing of its 50 percent stake in Queen’s Wharf Brisbane, consolidating its resources, limiting its debt and allowing for WhiteHawk’s refinancing. And in the Philippines, PhilWeb continues to expand, launching a new content aggregation platform to tap both land-based and online.

Vietnam’s domestic demand fails to match hopes

Vietnam’s move to allow more local gambling was widely seen as a positive signal, with the nation granting a permanent expansion of the pilot program at Corona, and starting one at Grand Ho Tram, with a future one planned for Van Don. However, industry insiders say that the domestic demand is still limited, with less GGR impact and more focus on the country’s signal that it’s willing to have highly regulated local gambling, as long as it supports tourism growth.

Macau Legend’s ability to continue a going concern, after $200M FY25 loss

0

Former Macau satellite casino operator Macau Legend has tallied a FY25 loss of HK$1.56 billion ($199.76 million), in line with previously announced expectations, due to an impairment related to the closure of its satellite casino operation.

In its annual results released on Wednesday, the company noted that the loss was a significant increase from the HK$622.63 million ($79.42 million) figure reported for 2024.

This comes as revenue also fell during the year, from HK$378.32 million ($48.26 million) in FY24 to HK$358.62 million ($45.75 million) in 2025.

A note by the independent auditor, included in the results, indicates that Macau’s Legend’s current financial position creates ‘the existence of material uncertainties which cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern’.

As of December 31st, 2025, the group had net current liabilities amounting to approximately HK$2.7 billion ($344.42 million), after incurring the HK$1.56 billion loss. The group’s total bank and other borrowings amount to HK$2.39 billion ($305 million), which ‘were either due to for repayment within the next 12 months from the end of the reporting period or are repayable on demand’.

Following non-compliance with loan covenants the group has outstanding bank borrowings of over HK$2.05 billion ($305 million) which banks can immediately demand repayment of.

This contrasts with cash and bank balances totaling just HK$27.1 million ($3.46 million).

‘New chapter’

Macau Fisherman's Wharf
Macau Fisherman’s Wharf

The group notes that the termination of the services agreement with gaming concession-holder SJM, to use its license to operate the satellite casino, ‘put an end to the gaming business of the Group’.

The company contests that ‘a new chapter was then opened where the Group strategically and systematically rebranded the Macau Fisherman’s Wharf into a completely non-gaming related entertainment hub’.

Now the group plans to ‘optimize the facilities’ at MFW, ‘enhancing the exclusive experience of the waterfront complex’ by potentially ‘providing marine attractions by the wharf’ and holding ‘larger scale event[s] that utilize different venues at the same time’.

The group has also implemented a ‘full scale pet friendly policy […] in all outdoor area[s] of the wharf which is expected to attract pet-related shops to station and pet-related events to happen’. The group is also hoping that in the coming quarters ‘more sports spaces are expected to be offered to further draw participation and drive visitation’.

Macau Legend currently holds net assets amounting to approximately HK$1.47 billion ($187.52 million), down by more than half year-on-year. The group has capital commitments for property, equipment, and construction totaling HK$218.19 million ($27.83 million).
