Macau visitor spending increased by 28.9 percent in 3Q23 compared to 3Q19, according to the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) of Macau. The total visitor spending (excluding gaming) rose by 5.8 times year-on-year to MOP 19.6 billion ($2.44 billion) in 3Q23, benefiting from a significant 8.2 times yearly increase in visitor arrivals.
