iGB Live! and iGB Affiliate Amsterdam became the first major in-person igaming expos to go live since February 2020, when the co-located events opened their doors to the international community of igaming and affiliate professionals today (Wednesday 29 September) at the RAI Amsterdam.

Speaking as the event opened, Clarion Gaming Portfolio Director, Naomi Barton said: “Everyone who is part of the 2021 edition of iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam is in their own way contributing to a little bit of history. Delivering the first major live gaming event to take place since ICE London was held in February 2020 was never going to be an easy or straightforward task, but I have to say that our customers have been absolutely outstanding in their support, my team have been brilliant, frequently going the extra distance and the venue team at the RAI could not have worked harder.”

She added: “Our theme for 2021 is ‘Reconnecting iGaming’ which is exactly what’s taking place here in Amsterdam. The industry hasn’t had a chance to meet face-to-face for such a long time and this week is an opportunity to reconnect with customers and colleagues, and have the type of conversations that so often end up generating new ways of doing things.”

“I hope this week will be a celebration of the business and the people who make the sector so dynamic and so exciting to be a part of.”
