Wynn Resorts has unveiled its ‘purpose-built residential community’ adjacent to the upcoming UAE property Wynn Al Marjan Island, where it plans to accommodate some 80 percent of its team members.
The 26-acre Wynn Oasis is planned to house more than 7,000 employees through ’15 vertical residential communities’.

The residence is scheduled to open this summer, ahead of the 2027 opening of the integrated resort.
Located 15 minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the residence also features a ‘multi-amenity’ hub dubbed The Pearl, featuring fitness, entertainment, social and wellness facilities – including two pools, a multi-purpose indoor sports arena, a cinema, karaoke studio and e-sports gaming lounge. It also includes retail outlets for groceries, ‘grooming’ and banking, alongside a medical clinic, pharmacy and tailor.

Four take-away F&B offerings will open alongside two sit-down venues – one buffet and a 24-hour live sports lounge.

The community also will feature an outdoor venue for community celebrations, live performances and cultural gatherings, with an open-air cinema and a nature retreat.
Aside from the amenities, Wynn Oasis will also feature ‘a fully operational on-site learning campus’- Wynn University, ‘designed to support long-term career development’. The facility includes culinary training kitchens, F&B ‘laboratories’, digital learning spaces and specialized training laboratories.
Speaking of the new residence, Wynn Al Marjan Island President Max Tappeiner noted, “When our colleagues feel supported, they are empowered to deliver at the highest level. With the launch of Wynn Oasis, we will set a new global standard for how hospitality organizations invest in their people.”
