Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled details of a 98-berth marina that will accommodate yachts up to 85 meters long and provide direct access to its integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The October 5th announcement outlined the marina’s design and operating arrangements, including onboard guest check-in and connections to the resort’s accommodation, restaurants, entertainment and retail facilities.

“Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island,” said resort president Max Tappeiner.

Fort Lauderdale-based IGY Marinas will oversee marina operations. Services will include berthing coordination, arrival and departure assistance, transportation, yacht provisioning and restaurant reservations.

A central facility, the Capitainerie, will bring together marina operations, guest registration, concierge services and support for captains and crew. Guests arriving by yacht will be able to check in onboard before entering the resort.

Designed by Marina Solutions International, the marina will have berths arranged around a protected circular basin with a maximum depth of five meters. Dewan Architects + Engineers designed the Capitainerie.

The waterfront will also be accessible to resort guests and visitors, with a promenade and harbor-side dining. The resort’s Marina and Ocean Estates accommodation will be positioned around the marina, while the waterfront will provide space for events, including weddings with arrivals by yacht.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to open in September 2027. Wynn Resorts holds a 40 percent stake in the development joint venture.

The project is being developed with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding. Its development entity received the UAE’s first commercial gaming facility operator license in October 2024.

Located approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites and 22 restaurants, lounges and bars. Other planned facilities include a theater, beach club, shopping promenade, spa, and an events and celebrations center.
