Wynn Al Marjan Island has released further details of two seven-bedroom Royal Apartments planned for the integrated resort under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment will each cover approximately 1,460 square meters and occupy the top two floors of the resort’s 70-story tower, according to a Monday release.

The two units will be the highest and largest accommodations at Wynn Al Marjan Island. They will form part of Enclave, a 323-suite boutique-hotel concept located on the resort’s upper floors.

Each apartment will include seven bedrooms, multiple entertainment rooms and private bars. Dining, spa and salon treatments, entertainment and other services will also be available inside the apartments.

The Paris Apartment was designed by Paris-based studio Pinto in collaboration with Wynn Design & Development. Its interiors will combine custom-made furnishings, artwork and objects sourced from different markets.

London-based Anouska Hempel Design worked with Wynn on the Mayfair Apartment, drawing on the design of private residences in London. The interiors will feature green marble, lacquered paneling, detailed woodwork and gold-colored accents.

Both apartments were developed under the direction of Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer of Wynn Design & Development.

Enclave will comprise three accommodation categories: the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates. It will have a separate entrance, private lobby and dedicated elevators, with no more than nine suites on each floor.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in 2027 with 1,530 rooms and suites. The integrated resort will also include 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, beach club, spa, retail promenade and event facilities.
