Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed details of four two-story Townhomes within its Enclave boutique hotel, with the largest spanning 1,110 square meters, ahead of the UAE casino resort’s planned opening in September 2027.
The accommodations will range from 630 square meters for a two-bedroom layout to 1,110 square meters for a four-bedroom configuration, according to an August 25th press release. They will be available by exclusive reservation only.
Although located outside the resort’s main tower, the Townhomes will sit at the center of the property and have a private entrance through the Royal Foyer.
Each unit will include private spa facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium, along with a library, billiards room, media room, kitchen and bar. An enclosed landscaped courtyard will feature multiple plunge pools.

Guests will also have access to a private beachfront, dedicated 24-hour butler and culinary staff, and chauffeured transportation.
Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer of Wynn Design & Development, said the Townhomes represented a separate accommodation category “defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting.”
Wynn said Enclave now comprises 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.
The 60-hectare Wynn Al Marjan Island development is under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, about 80 kilometers from Dubai International Airport.
The UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) lists Wynn Al Marjan as the country’s licensed land-based gaming facility operator.
Beyond Enclave, the resort is expected to include 1,217 hotel rooms, 22 restaurants, bars and lounges, a beach club, 12 pools, a 420-meter private beach and a deep-water marina.
Wynn Resorts owns 40 percent of the joint venture developing the property. The company contributed $48.1 million during the second quarter of 2026, bringing its cumulative cash contribution to $1.06 billion as of June 30th.
