Imperial Pacific International (IPI), a casino operator in Saipan, has reappointed Chen Feng as an executive director.
According to the filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Chen has entered into a letter of appointment with IPI for a fixed term of one year commencing from March 25, 2024. Chen will not receive any remuneration from the company for his appointment as an executive director.
Chen Feng, aged 50, has been an executive director of the company since March 25, 2022.
Currently, IPI is facing various winding-up petitions. Meanwhile, the Hong Kong-listed company is encountering delisting challenges as it proceeds with Judicial Review (JR) Proceedings against the delisting decision made by the Hong Kong securities regulator.
