Royal International Corporation (RIC), the operator of the Royal Casino Halong Hotel, reported almost VND18.5 billion (US$754,000) in losses in the third quarter of this year, a 6.6 percent year-on-year jump, VNExpress reported.

The operator of the Royal Casino Halong, in Vietnam’s northern Quang Ninh province, has reported a loss of $2.57 million in 2022, a 41 percent annual decrease in loss, despite revenue increasing by nearly 60 percent yearly, to $5 million.

Royal International Corporation (RIC), operator of the Royal HaLong casino hotel, is expecting to record its fourth consecutive year of annual loss of nearly $1.6 million, despite a 93 percent surge in revenue to $6.3 million in the year. 

IHG Hotel and Resorts is adding to its portfolio in Vietnam, with a planned opening of a Holiday Inn Resort in Vietnam's Halong City in 2023.

Royal International Corp, the owner of Royal Ha Long casino hotel in Vietnam, has seen a dramatic fall in its stock prices after its equally dramatic rise since January.

Royal International, operator of the Royal Halong Hotel Casino, has reported the Q3 revenues fell 59 percent year-on-year to only VND34.5 billion (US$1.5 million).
