Star Entertainment Group said its Queensland properties have been allowed to reopen with restrictions from August 8th, while Reef Casino Trust said its property in Cairns has closed from the same date.
Star said its Star Gold Coast and Treasury Casino reopened with a capacity of one person per four square metres indoors and one person per 2 metres outside.
Mask wearing is mandatory and visitors must be seated while eating or drinking.
Meanwhile, the Reef Hotel and Casino will be closed for three days due to a snap lockdown for the Cairns region.
Casinos in Sydney remain closed at least until the end of the month due to rising cases of the Delta variant in the state, while Crown Melbourne in Victoria has also closed its doors until August 12 after a seven-day lockdown was ordered.
