Sega Sammy is now nearing the completion of its deal to acquire GAN Limited, with the company set to become a wholly-owned subsidiary.

While initially expected in 2024, the deal has been delayed until 2Q25, and is now expecting around May 27th, subject to regulatory approvals.

Shareholders of the iGaming supplier GAN voted overwhelmingly in favor of the acquisition in February of last year, with the deal initially valued at some $107 million.
