Sega Sammy nears completion of acquisition of GAN Limited

Sega Sammy is now nearing the completion of its deal to acquire GAN Limited, with the company set to become a wholly-owned subsidiary.

While initially expected in 2024, the deal has been delayed until 2Q25, and is now expecting around May 27^th, subject to regulatory approvals.

Shareholders of the iGaming supplier GAN voted overwhelmingly in favor of the acquisition in February of last year, with the deal initially valued at some $107 million.
