The Grand Ho Tram breaks ground

The Grand Ho Tram has officially broken ground on its new $1 billion complex.

The new division encompasses 5-star hotels, villas, a casino and a MICE center, with more than 6,000 rooms.

Authorities assured that the new project should be free of obstacles, while urging investors to comply with regulations.

The move marks the next step in the expansion of The Grand Ho Tram, which so far has garnered investment of some $4 billion.

It also moves the property towards 9,000 keys, making it a strong contender in the Asian integrated resort market.
