Landing to raise $17.9 million for Jeju IR upgrades

Hong Kong-listed Landing International is looking to raise HK$138.8 million (US$17.9 million) through the issuance of new shares in order to upgrade facilities at Jeju Shinhwa World.

Jeju Shinhwa World is an integrated resort located on Jeju Island, South Korea, which is owned and operated by Landing. 

Landing said around HK$47.5 million will be used in the second half of 2021 for “maintenance, renovation and upgrade of existing facilities at the IR.
