Century Entertainment International Holdings says it learned in mid-April that Philippine partner World Platinum Technologies Inc. (WPT) had lost its gaming accreditations, while maintaining that arrangements with other accredited providers allow its Philippine gaming business to continue.
The disclosure appears in the Hong Kong-listed company’s long-awaited annual report for the year ended March 31st, 2026, published on September 25th.
‘In mid-April 2026, the Group was informed by the Strategic Partner that its GSA and GCP licenses had been canceled,’ the report stated, referring to Gaming System Administrator and Gaming Content Provider accreditations.
Century Entertainment said its 51 percent-owned joint venture, Konphil Technology Company Limited, appointed a separate PAGCOR-accredited GCP as its exclusive distributor before March 26th, when new requirements for foreign game providers took effect.

In early April, WPT also appointed another PAGCOR-accredited GSA to offer Konphil’s modified gaming platforms through that provider’s platform, according to the report.
Citing advice from its Philippine legal counsel, Century Entertainment said the agreement between WPT and the other GSA was valid and that its Phase IV operations were ‘not affected as a matter of Philippines gaming law’.
AGB reported in July that PAGCOR had confirmed the cancellation of WPT’s GSA accreditation in April. At that time, Century Entertainment’s filings did not establish whether or when the company had learned of the cancellation.
The June 25th announcement still described WPT as a ‘PAGCOR-accredited service provider’ and referred to its licensed platform. The annual report now sets out the April notification and the arrangements involving other accredited providers.

Gaming business contributes $3M in revenue
Century Entertainment reported annual revenue of HK$30.3 million ($3.9 million), compared with no revenue a year earlier. Its online gaming platform business contributed HK$23.7 million ($3.0 million), with the remainder coming from camellia oil product sales.
The group posted a net profit of HK$8.6 million ($1.1 million), reversing a HK$45.7 million ($5.9 million) loss. The result also benefited from a net reversal of impairment losses on receivables and deposits.
Separately, Century Entertainment reported unaudited Phase IV revenue of HK$53.9 million ($6.9 million) for April to June 2026, after the financial year-end.
The Philippine venture forms part of Century Entertainment’s restructuring and efforts to resume share trading, suspended since June 26th, 2025. Publication of outstanding results, resolution of audit modifications and an independent review of internal controls were among the exchange’s resumption requirements.
