Hong Kong-listed Century Entertainment International Holdings has again postponed the board meeting to approve its annual results for the year ended March 31st, 2026, extending a delay that has left its shares suspended for more than 14 months.
In a filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Monday, the gaming investment company said the board meeting would be pushed back to a date on or before September 18th, the fifth such announcement since June.
The results were due by June 30th under the exchange’s listing rules, and the company has also warned it may miss the deadline for sending its annual report to shareholders.
Century Entertainment declined to publish unaudited management accounts in the interim, saying they ‘may not accurately reflect the financial performance and position of the Group’ and could create ‘unnecessary confusion’ among shareholders and potential investors.
The company said additional time was needed to ensure the financial statements and accompanying disclosures were ‘thoroughly prepared and fully compliant,’ and that business operations were continuing as usual.
Trading in the shares has been suspended since June 26th, 2025.
