Solaire Resort operator Bloomberry Resorts Corp has announced plans to open its third Solaire-branded integrated resort in Cavite, located south of Metro Manila, within the next five to ten years.
The company clarified in a filing on Wednesday, following local media reports that suggested the new casino could open by 2028.
In the filing, Bloomberry confirmed it is in the process of completing the land acquisition in Paniman, Ternate, Cavite, and is developing the master plan for the project.
While the timeline has not been finalized, Bloomberry stated that the Paniman development is a project the company is eager to develop and aims to open within the next five to ten years.
The Cavite integrated resort, named Solaire Puerto Azul, will be the company’s third casino, following its successful developments in Parañaque and the recently opened $1 billion Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.
