Hann Development breaks ground on 450-hectare luxury golf resort

Hann Development Corp (HDC) has officially broken ground on its 450-hectare luxury golf resort project – Hann Resort, in New Clark City.

The HDC Chairman, at the ceremony, noted that the project is a collaboration with Accor, Marriott International and the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) and with the support of groups such as PAGCOR and the Clark Development Corporation.

The company chairman noted that the development “will usher in the most luxurious and exclusive golfing and leisure experience for golfers and non-golfers alike, families and business-leisure travelers”.

The new property is a 10-minute drive from the Clark International Airport and a two-hour drive from Manila, and features three 18-hole championship golf courses, hotel brands Banyan Tree, Sofitel, The Westin, Angsana, Emblems and The Luxury Collection.

It also will house a 10-hectare public park and PGA-affiliated player development facilities, clubhouses, a mixed-use commercial center, premium villas and residences.

The current plan is for a 10-year strategic development.

Hann Resorts current operates the Hann Casino Resort in Clark, Pampanga.
