SJM Resorts recently organised a travel trade event in Hong Kong and showcased its latest integrated resort, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”), as well as a variety of hotels and tourism offerings from SJM’s parent company, Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. (“STDM”).

The two companies showcased their unique tourism products and latest attractions, promoting the unparalleled charm of Macau and capturing the interest of Hong Kong tourists while simultaneously expanding Macau’s presence in international markets. Close to 120 local travel industry professionals participated under a vibrant atmosphere.

Ms. Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, expressed, “Hong Kong has long been a key source market for Macau. Moreover, large numbers of international visitors arrive at Macau via Hong Kong every year. As such, we organised this trade event with the objective to expand our catchment and ultimately contribute to reinforcing Macau as the World Centre of Leisure and Tourism.”

During the event, Hong Kong travel industry professionals had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the offerings of SJM and STDM, including their hotel accommodations, dining options, shopping choices, and a diverse array of leisure activities. As the newest integrated resort in Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace is conveniently located in Cotai, seamlessly blending Chinese and Western cultural elements within its architectural design. The resort features three stunning hotel towers: the luxurious and elegant “Grand Lisboa Palace Macau,” the one and only “THE KARL LAGERFELD MACAU,” and Asia’s first “Palazzo Versace Macau.”
