Macau visitor arrivals in March rose 76.7 percent from the prior month and were up 255.4 percent from the prior year, however for the first quarter as a whole visitors declined 46 percent to 1,738, 428.
March arrivals totalled 754,541. February was weak this year due to renewed travel restrictions in part of China due to Covid outbreaks, which hit the key Chinese New Year holiday.
