For more than a decade, OmniLogic has delivered sportsbook technology to major regulated lottery and betting operators, supporting omnichannel wagering across retail, online and mobile channels. Its platform includes trading, risk management and back-office capabilities that serve customers across multiple regulated markets throughout EMEA.

The transaction forms part of OpenBet’s broader strategy to invest in lottery-focused growth and further strengthen its position as a trusted provider of betting and platform solutions to WLA members and Tier 1 operators globally.

Nikos Konstakis, president of OpenBet, said the acquisition would build on the company’s strategy of working with leading operators in highly regulated markets by adding established technology, specialist expertise and customer relationships to its existing capabilities.

He added that the deal would also support OpenBet’s long-term growth plans in the lottery sector, where OmniLogic has developed strong customer partnerships and a detailed understanding of operators’ needs.

“OmniLogic’s expertise will strengthen our position in the global lottery market,” Konstakis said. “We look forward to welcoming the team to OpenBet and building on the strong foundations it has created.”

Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, Co-Founders of OmniLogic, shared that the agreement represents an important milestone for both the business and its customers. “Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise and long-term partnership. Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses.”

“For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today. For our team, it creates an exciting opportunity to become part of a global organisation with a strong commitment to the lottery sector.”

The acquisition will expand OpenBet’s presence in regulated lottery markets while adding technology expertise, operational depth and established customer relationships to its global organisation, strengthening its ability to support operators across increasingly complex and highly regulated markets worldwide.
