Gamanza Engage has partnered with QTech Games, the leading game aggregator for emerging markets, giving operators access to Gamanza’s CRM, gamification and engagement tools through a referral agreement.
As part of QTech Games’ Value Added Services, QTech’s operator partners can now deploy Gamanza Engage’s real‑time CRM, loyalty and gamification toolkit, alongside free‑to‑play mini‑games designed to increase player interaction and retention.
Gamanza Engage’s gamification stack will work alongside QTech Games’ analytics and AI‑driven capabilities, including its machine‑learning game lobby, QTech Play. Operators will have access to real‑time dashboards and data‑driven tools to better understand player behaviour and optimise engagement strategies.
The combined goal is to transform the customer experience into a hyper-personalized journey that redefines loyalty in the player experience, supported by modern data science techniques that guide player protection, product strategy and promotion management, including lifetime value and VIP prediction.
