Royal International Joint Stock Company, owner of the Royal Ha Long casino reported nearly a VND27 billion loss in the first quarter of 2021, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of loss for the company.
First quarter revenue was down 24 percent year-on-year.
Management said that the beginning of the year is usually low season, and also noted the effects of the covid-19 pandemic on tourist numbers. This is expected to impact the coming months as well, said management.
