Anita Grim has joined The Innovation Group (TIG) as Senior Vice President, bringing a wealth of experience in consulting and casino operations. Her appointment marks a strategic expansion of TIG’s services in forecasting, transformation strategy, data analytics, operational optimization, and cross-property growth initiatives.

Leveraging more than a decade in the gaming and hospitality industry, Anita Grim brings proven expertise in optimizing operations, accelerating revenue growth, and establishing data-driven analytics functions. In her most recent position, as vice president of hospitality & labor analytics at Caesars Entertainment, she developed a high-impact team and led major initiatives that delivered measurable outcomes in revenue growth, margin, and guest satisfaction.

In her earlier career, Anita held positions at Pinnacle Entertainment, Deloitte, and Las Vegas Sands, which grounded her in structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and best-in-class project management practices that she continues to apply to complex gaming, hospitality, and entertainment challenges today.
