Spectrum's Holly Gagnon named to AGA Hall of Fame Class of 2026

Spectrum Gaming Group (Spectrum) has congratulated Senior Strategic Advisor Holly Gagnon on her induction into the American Gaming Association (AGA) Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2026, one of the industry’s most prestigious honours recognising individuals whose leadership, innovation and vision have helped shape the modern gaming sector.

Gagnon will be formally inducted during an invitation-only Chairman’s Reception on 29 September at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas.

With more than 34 years of gaming industry experience, Gagnon began her career as part of the opening team at Foxwoods Resort Casino in 1992 during the early growth of tribal gaming in the United States. She later held senior financial and operational leadership positions with Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International before serving as President and CEO of Pearl River Resort, CEO of Chumash Enterprises for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, and CEO of Seneca Gaming Corporation for the Seneca Nation of Indians.

Her contributions to tribal economic development and leadership have been widely recognised throughout the industry. In 2016, she was named Executive of the Year by the Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA). She currently serves as a Director and Audit Committee Chair of Bragg Gaming Group.

As Senior Strategic Advisor at Spectrum, Gagnon supports strategic planning initiatives and advises operators, suppliers and governments on addressing market disruption, evolving player expectations and long-term growth opportunities. Her expertise contributes to Spectrum’s mission of helping clients overcome challenges, strengthen operations and pursue innovation responsibly.
