Land-based and digital casino products and player loyalty solutions provider Everi Holdings has announced the appointment of appointed Debra Nutton to the company’s Board of Directors, effective from April 1st.
Nutton is to serve as an independent director and member of the board’s Audit Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Compensation Committee.
The appointment also fills a vacancy on the company’s board.
Nutton is a long-time US casino industry veteran, commencing her career as a casino dealer and rising in the ranks to become Executive Vice President of Casino Operations for Wynn Las Vegas from 2013 until 2018.
Nutton has since been an executive coach and gaming consultant, working as an advisor on the pre-opening team of Resorts World Las Vegas.
She also previously worked as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations for MGM Resorts and is a former member of the Advisory Board for the Global Gaming Expo (G2E).
Speaking of the appointment, Everi’s Executive Chairman noted that “Debra joins us at an opportune time to assist with the expansive growth opportunities that we expect will take Everi to even greater prominence in coming years.”
The appointment comes after Everi recorded another record in fourth-quarter revenue and adjusted EBITDA, topping $205 million and $93.4 million, respectively.
