Hann Group announced a partnership with South Korea’s POSCO Engineering and Construction Co. for the upcoming multi-billion premier integrated resort projects in Clark – Hann Lux and Hann Reserve, as it plans the expansion of its footprint north of Metro Manila.
Hann Group, owner and developer of Hann Resorts in the Philippines, is amplifying its presence north of Metro Manila as it announces its partnership with South Korea’s POSCO Engineering and Construction Co., for the upcoming multi-billion premier integrated resort projects in Clark – Hann Lux and Hann Reserve.
Moving forward, POSCO E&C will be strategic development partners with Hann for certain projects for Hann Lux and Hann Reserve, both premium sub-brands under the master brand Hann Resorts.
The signed heads of agreements cover the fast-tracking of the developments with the backing of POSCO E&C’s reputable expertise in its field. Recognized for craftsmanship and expansion of eco-friendly growth among businesses, POSCO E&C has built plants, the engines of national industries, established infrastructures that connect people, and smart cities across the globe.

POSCO E&C has comprehensively carried out a series of projects ranging from planning to design, construction and test operations across the globe.
Hann Lux, the next premier integrated resort development by the Hann Group, will be home to Sofitel Clark and Emblems Clark, which will offer guests convenient access to high-end fashion stores, French-inspired cafes, and convention facilities in Clark, Philippines. Besides Sofitel and Emblems, Hann Lux will also feature a world-class casino, residences, and commercial areas.
Meanwhile, Hann Reserve in New Clark City, Tarlac, Philippines, is set to be an ultra-luxe mountain resort destination that will see the opening of Banyan Tree Hotel and Angsana Hotel.
