Genting Malaysia’s Resorts World Genting is likely to be closed for three months due to the latest Covid outbreaks, with the opening of its highly anticipated outdoor theme park pushed back until December, according to Maybank Research.

This is the third lockdown for Malaysia’s only casino resort, which closed on Mays 31st, and as a result the firm has widened its estimate for the core net loss by 76 percent to MYR676 million.
