South Shore Holdings sees resignation of three directors

South Shore Holdings Limited, the owner and operator of The 13, has announced the resignation of three independent non-executive directors with effect from May 18, 2021.

The three directors, including Ir James Chiu, Professor Lee Chack Fan and Iain Ferguson Bruce had resigned “in order to devote more time to their personal commitments.

Chiu was the chairman of the audit committee, Lee was the chairman of the nomination committee and Bruce was the chairman of the finance and investment committee. 

Replacing the three, South Shore has appointed three new independent non-executive directors – Mr. Choi Wai Hong, Clifford as chairman of the audit committee, Ms Lam Yan Fong as chairman of the corporate government committee, and Ms Liu Tsui Fong who joins as a member of a number of committees.
