Sands China invited two local organisations to conduct responsible gaming training sessions for Responsible Gaming Ambassadors from Sands China’s table games department at the Venetian.

Facilitated by the Youth Volunteers Association of Macau (AJVM) and the Macao Gaming Industry Employees Home Integrated Services Centre, the initiative is part of Sands China’s ongoing training for its Responsible Gaming Ambassadors and in support of the Macao SAR government’s “Lost Control, Lose Family” responsible gaming promotions.

Entitled Knowing More About Responsible Gaming, the training course aimed to continue strengthening team members’ responsible gaming knowledge and was attended by 86 Responsible Gaming Ambassadors.

“Sands China understands the importance of responsible gaming and remains dedicated to ensuring our team members have the knowledge and skills necessary to support each other, their family members and our guests,” said Andy Kobel, senior vice president of table games and gaming optimization for Sands China Ltd. “We are grateful to the Youth Volunteers Association of Macau and the Gaming Industry Employees Home for their collaboration with us on this latest training effort as we continue working with local organisations to promote responsible gaming in the Macao community.”
