Macau gaming operator Wynn Macau has announced that the grand opening of its Gourmet Pavilion, a new dining facility at the Wynn Palace casino resort in Macau’s Cotai district, will take place on April 29th.
The opening is strategically timed ahead of a major public holiday in mainland China—Macau’s primary source of tourists. This year, the May Day holiday runs from May 1st to May 5th.
The company describes the new venue as a ‘world-class culinary destination’, offering a variety of Asian cuisines across multiple dining outlets, including restaurants and a food hall. Gourmet Pavilion will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
According to a press release, the food hall will feature several notable dining brands, including Fat Boy Dumplings, Sushi Masa, Zhu Guang Yu Hot Pot offering Chongqing-style hotpot, Xita Lao Tai Tai Clay Stove Barbecue serving Korean-style clay oven barbecue, Tanyu Grilled Fish, and Yong Zuo Fish Congee, a Michelin-recommended brand, among a total of 17 restaurants mentioned.
The company also noted that Gourmet Pavilion will launch a special “Savor the Flavors & Reap Rewards” promotion, running from April 29th to May 31st.
