Wynn Macau announces salary increase of up to 6%

Wynn Macau has declared a salary increase ranging from 2.5 to 6 percent, effective March 1st, 2024, for all eligible employees at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.

The company has specified that this pay raise will benefit 99.8 percent of its current workforce of 11,390, with senior management being the exception.

According to the press release, eligible team members earning a monthly salary of MOP16,000 ($1,983) or below will receive a salary increase of MOP600 ($74), equivalent to a raise of 3.8 to 6 percent.

Team members with a monthly salary above MOP16,000 ($1,983) will experience an average salary increase of 2.5 percent. Additionally, a special bonus equivalent to one month’s gross salary will be disbursed on January 31st, 2024, to all eligible full-time Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace team members.

As of now, five out of six gaming operators in Macau have disclosed their pay raise plans for 2024, with most gaming employees receiving a 2.5 percent salary increase.
