The NBA Fan Day, scheduled for October 10th at The Venetian Arena, will have separate tickets starting at MOP488 ($61).

The event will feature appearances by players from both teams, alongside skills competitions, a three-point contest and a slam dunk show. Hong Kong singer and MIRROR member Keung To and K-pop singer EVAN, also known as HEESEUNG, are due to perform, while rapper and actor MC Jin will host the event.

The Mavericks’ current roster includes nine-time NBA All-Star Kyrie Irving and 2025–26 Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg. The Rockets feature 16-time NBA All-Star Kevin Durant, two-time All-Star Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson.

K-pop group KiiiKiii will perform during halftime at the two preseason games.

The NBA and Sands China have also launched NBAChinaGames.com, providing information on the games, related events, fan activities, venues and ticketing.

The 2026 games form part of a five-year partnership between Sands China and the NBA to stage annual preseason contests in Macau. This year’s matchups were first announced in January.

The NBA returned to China in 2025 after a six-year absence, with the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns playing two games at The Venetian Arena. Tickets for those games sold out within hours, while the opening contest drew around 14,000 spectators.

Sands China is the co-host and official promoter of the games, which are part of the operator’s broader investment in sports and entertainment as Macau seeks to expand its non-gaming tourism offering.
