Melco Resorts & Entertainment has achieved outstanding success at the 10th anniversary edition of the prestigious Trip.Gourmet Restaurant Rankings and Fine Dining Awards, receiving a total of five accolades.
The achievement further strengthens Melco’s position as a global leader in hospitality and underscores its continued support for Macau’s development as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
The awards were presented during the ceremony in Singapore on 8 September 2026. The five honoured restaurants reflect the highest standards of fine dining within Melco’s portfolio:
- Jade Dragon at City of Dreams received the highest distinction, Black Diamond. Recognised for its culinary excellence, Jade Dragon continues to set the benchmark for Chinese fine dining in Macau and beyond. It remains the only Chinese restaurant in the world to hold both MICHELIN three stars and Black Pearl three diamonds.
- Alain Ducasse at Morpheus – City of Dreams earned the distinguished Diamond accolade for its celebrated French cuisine. The restaurant holds MICHELIN two stars and Black Pearl one diamond.
- Yí at City of Dreams was awarded Platinum for its inventive approach to Chinese cuisine. The Black Pearl one-diamond restaurant presents seasonal Chinese gastronomy in a creative and refined way.
- Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams received Platinum for its authentic Edomae sushi craftsmanship. The restaurant holds MICHELIN one star and Black Pearl one diamond.
- Pearl Dragon at Studio City was also awarded Platinum. The MICHELIN-starred restaurant combines modern elegance with traditional Cantonese cuisine, drawing on seasonal ingredients and Chaozhou influences to create a distinctive dining experience.
