Melco Resorts & Entertainment announced it will increase paid maternity leave from 70 days to 90 days, and paid paternity leave from five days to seven days, for eligible Macau team members who have completed one year of service.
The enhanced policy will take effect on March 1, 2026, underscoring Melco’s dedication to fostering a caring and supportive work environment. By extending these benefits, the Company aims to further strengthen its family-friendly workplace policies, ensuring Colleagues receive meaningful support during important life milestones.
