Indian casino organizer Chikoti Praveen is said to be ‘absconding’ from police and has reportedly fled to Goa, following a run in with authorities over possessing weapons illegally.

Praveen, who was deported from Thailand after allegedly organizing an illegal casino operation (see image) inside a hotel, flying in materials, dealers, tables and clients.

He is also currently facing a money laundering probe.

The recent police case stems from his three security guards ‘possessing arms and moving suspiciously’, notes Siasat.

Authorities say the three had not been authorized to act as armed security personnel and were detained. Praveen reportedly escaped as his guards were arrested.
