SOFTSWISS celebrates 17th anniversary with Formula 4 event in Poland

SOFTSWISS has commemorated its 17th year in business by hitting the track, hosting two separate Formula 4 Racing Experience events at Tor Poznań. The celebrations saw both staff and company partners take the wheel of professional F4 cars under supervised instruction.

The programme began with technical driver briefings and track familiarisation, followed by coaching from racing instructors who guided drivers through multiple sessions on the circuit.

Motorsport draws on the same qualities SOFTSWISS applies to its own work: precision, quick decision-making under pressure, and constant performance refinement, which made it a fitting way to mark a business milestone.

Alongside the driving sessions, teams took part in additional challenges, including a blind driving test, a precision driving exercise, and a reaction test, adding a team element to the individual focus of the track sessions.

Victor Sekushenko, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said: “Partnerships in this industry are built on trust, and trust grows fastest outside the meeting room. Putting our partners behind the wheel of a Formula 4 car gave them something no pitch deck or conference call ever could: a shared adrenaline rush and a story to tell.”

“Culture is shaped by the moments teams share, not only by policies,” added Natalia Perkowska, Head of Events and Business Travel at SOFTSWISS. “Watching colleagues cheer each other on from the pit lane said more about how we work together than any internal survey could.”

This same principle, that meaningful progress happens through shared experience, also shapes how SOFTSWISS engages with the wider industry. On 10 September 2026, the company will host Tech Race Summit in Warsaw, bringing together technology leaders, operators, and engineers to exchange ideas on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption.

The summit’s confirmed speakers include Andrey Doronichev, former Google executive and founder of AI company Optic, alongside engineering leaders from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Plata.

Tickets are available at current pricing until 15 August on the Tech Race Summit website.
