Calvin Lim elected as member of the board of LL Lucky Games


On 7 November 2022, LL Lucky Games AB (“LLG”)  elected Calvin Lim Eng Kiat as a member of their board. The decision was made at LLG’s extraordinary general meeting. The board currently consists of Per Eriksson, Claes Kalborg, Carl Falkenberg, Calvin Lim Eng Kiat and Carina Beck.

Calvin Lim has acquired 15,052,049 shares in LLG through the directed share issue that LLG announced on September 26, 2022. With over 20 years of experience overseeing operations in the software development and gaming industry, the election of Calvin Lim Eng Kiat to the board will usher in a new era for LLG.

In addition to being a force in this industry, he currently sits on several boards, most notably being a board member and CEO of DFNN Inc., which is a public listed company in the Philippine Stock Exchange. Prior to DFNN, he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nogle in Taiwan. Calvin Lim Eng Kiat holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore.

In a statement, Calvin Lim Eng Kiat expressed how he is looking forward to contributing towards LL Lucky Games AB’s long-term development through active ownership, “We have great ambitions that will not only unify all stakeholders but also take LLG to new heights in the iGaming industry.”
