Denby had previously been appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer in February, following seven years in senior finance leadership roles in the company.

Ms. Denby had previously led finance teams at Nine MSN and GE, across both Australian and European business units.

The company’s CEO, Trevor Croker, noted that he was “thrilled” to appoint Denby as CFO, noting that in her career with Aristocrat “Sally has proven to be an outstanding enterprise leader and a trusted finance partner”. Denby comes into the role having ensured “seamless continuity post the departure of our previous CFO in April, “ notes Croker.

Previous CFO Julie Cameron-Doe resigned from Aristocrat in December of 2021, leaving the role in April of this year.
